On this website I read about a photographer who takes pictures of spiral staircases. He takes time to find a perfect staircase in order to capture it's beauty and disorientation. He takes the photo from the very top.
I learned that the angle is very important in creating a whimsical look to the photo.

I learned that the oldest things don't share anything in common. One plant may be from the coast while another is from the desert.
1. I picked this photo because it shows one lonely tree that was able to survive despite having few neighbors.
2. This photo has simplicity in the plain sky against the tree.

This website is about a photographers experience of time lapsing. He answers questions about why people are drawn to time lapse while also explaining how to get a good time lapse.
I learned to get just 10 seconds of video you need about 240 individual photos.
a. In the video there were multiple areas with bright colors and tons of movement in a sped of time-lapse.
b. The video was made by Joe Capra.
c. The video is about the time lapse of Rio de Janeiro. He choose places that capture the lively-ness of the city and spent weeks just trying to pick put the right music for the video.
d. I learned colors work well when dealing with these videos because the speed causing intereting streaks of light to look at.

1. This website listed rules to help in creating style that helped to create a mood and emotion that keeps the portrait artistic and showing skill.
2. I learned that it's best to use things that interest you.

a) I choose this photo because it's in black and white which was different from the others on the website.
b) There are lines in the stairs and rail that leads to the girl. Also, there is repetition of stripes. The stripes are found on the stairs and on the subjects skirt and undershirt.
c) The photographer isn't obviously listed but we can assume it's possibly Robin Walker.

1. This website is about how people brought projectors into a forest to illuminate the 3-d elements in nature creating a light show.
2. In the video, I saw different parts and creatures of nature with light patterns projected on to them causing illuminating and motion effects.
3. The video was mostly created by a photographer named Tarek Mawad and an animator named Frederick Van Schoor. The music/sound etc is credited to more people at the end of the video.
4. I think the story was just giving life and color to a dull area.
