Sports Photos

Forward: After waking up late, Renata runs to catch the bus. She ate dirt in an embarrassing fall on her way to the bus stop.

Sideways: Practicing her skills for the track team, Renata runs during free time in class. She didn't have athletic clothes, but she made the most out of practice time.

Panning: With seconds until the bell, Renata makes a speedy attempt to make it to class on time. She barley beat the buzzer as she leaped into the portable.

Blur: Surrounded by fallen leaves, a lone tuft of grass sits under a tree. The surrounding plants had died due to lack of water underneath the shadow of a large oak tree.

Warm Up Blog

1. I agree with the statement because a space isn't important until it's personalized. This way it tells a story unlike normal "pretty" photos. These photos are also visually interesting and have more things to analyze.
2. I wanted to take my camera to many of the places because the colors were so vibrant.
3. I think it would be fun because the article says all the kids play with each other in the aisles and everyone is close together.
4. My favorite photo is the flower shop. There are so many bright colors completely surrounding the woman aside from her small desk space. There are mostly greens and pinks.

Action Preview Assignment

1. This photo is included because it shows a winning moment of pride for a team and their coach, most likely after the last game of the season.
2. Shutter Speed is the time it takes for a lens to close for the amount of light that is let in. This was fast.
3. This is a key moment for the team because it is a fun exchange between "family". This was planned by the team while the coach was not expecting it.
4. There is balance between the two players and the coach on the opposite side to even it out. The water frames the coach.
